Chandigarh, November 27: The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh commemorated the 75th Constitution Day with a pledge ceremony today at the MCC building, Sector 17, Chandigarh. Employees of the corporation read the Preamble to the Constitution, reaffirming their dedication to the values of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.
On the occasion, MC Commissioner Sh. Amit Kumar, IAS along with other officials, participated in the Pledge Ceremony through video conferencing led by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), with participation from all states and UTs.
Ms. Isha Kamboj, HCS, Joint Commissioner, MC Chandigarh addressed the employees to uphold constitutional principles in their roles and ensure transparent, citizen-centric governance.
